Dynamic Presentations Exploring the Science of Stress, Sound & the Nervous System

Come Curious, Leave Inspired!

We’re excited to share that members of the Inner Summits Richmond Hill team will be presenting at the upcoming 6 Sense Wellness Expo, hosted by the Richmond Hill BIA on September 14th, 2025 at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts.

This community-powered event is designed to celebrate well-being through the six senses: touch, sound, taste, sight, smell, and mind/spirit. As part of the program, two of our own psychotherapists will dive into the powerful connection between the nervous system, stress, and healing practices — offering science, insight, and hands-on experience for all ages.

Expert Talk — Wired & Tired: The Hidden Impact of Stress on Your Body

By Sara Saniee, RSW & Co-Founder of Inner Summits

We’ll explore the hidden effects of chronic stress on both mind and body — and share where to begin when it comes to breaking the cycle and building lasting resilience.
