Repattern your breath. Reconnect with your body. Release what’s been held.
You’re not doing it wrong. You’re just doing it the way you learned to survive.
Over time, the way we breathe reflects the way we’ve lived. Shallow inhales, held exhales, a chest that rarely rises — all signs that the body has adapted around stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotion. But breath isn’t just a symptom — it’s also a solution.
This 4-part series is a guided journey to reclaim your breath — and the parts of you it’s been protecting.
The Course
This four-part breathwork program blends the science of psychotherapy with the healing power of breath to guide you back to yourself — gently, safely, and deeply.
Designed and led by a registered psychotherapist and naturopathic doctor, this course helps you move from dysfunctional breathing patterns to emotional freedom. Each module combines psychoeducation, guided practices, and reflective exercises to support your nervous system, shift your emotional state, and release the patterns your body has been holding.
What’s Included
This is more than just a breathwork class — it’s a structured, therapeutic journey grounded in the psychology of trauma, nervous system science, and embodied healing.
- Four 90-minute group sessions led by a trauma-informed Registered Psychotherapist and Naturopathic Doctor
- A 40+ page interactive workbook with evidence-based psychoeducation, somatic exercises, and guided reflections
- Tools for self-regulation including nervous system mapping, emotional tracking, and breathing techniques
- A full therapeutic breathwork journey to access and release held patterns and emotional imprints
- Integration practices to help you carry the transformation forward in daily life
Each part of the program builds on the last — offering you not only tools to regulate your breath and emotions but a path to deeper connection and inner freedom.
Your breath is your most direct path to healing — always available, always honest.
This program gives you the structure and support to work with it in a way that’s grounded, compassionate, and powerful.
Program Overview
The course is structured in four therapeutic stages:
Module 1: Repatterning Breath
Learn how stress, trauma, and conditioning shape our breathing patterns — and how to gently re-train your breath for calm, connection, and resilience.
Module 2: Shifting States
Use breath to map and navigate your nervous system, learning how to return to regulation and safety when life feels overwhelming.
Module 3: Connecting Within
Explore the emotional body and discover how conscious breathing becomes a bridge between mind and heart, helping you process emotions instead of suppressing them.
Module 4: Coming Home
Experience a guided therapeutic breathwork journey to surface and release what’s been held. This module brings it all together — insight, embodiment, and transformation.
Each phase includes somatic tools that support emotional healing through breath and psychotherapy-informed guidance.
Who This Is For
This program is ideal for you if:
- You struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection from yourself
- You find it difficult to relax, feel, or stay grounded in your body
- You’ve tried therapy, but want a more experiential, body-based approach
- You’re ready to deepen your self-awareness and reconnect with who you are underneath the coping
- You want to feel more emotionally resilient, connected, and calm — without bypassing what’s real
You’re not broken. You adapted beautifully. But you don’t have to keep living in survival mode.
What To Expect
This is not a one-size-fits-all workshop. It’s a curated experience rooted in trauma-sensitive practice, emotional integrity, and nervous system science. You’ll be met where you are — and guided gently forward.
Begin your journey back to self. One breath at a time.
