My Story
For as long as I can remember, anxiety was my normal. I was always doing, fixing, overthinking, over-giving. Always trying to stay one step ahead of everything and everyone. On the outside, I looked capable. Inside, I felt like I was barely holding it together.
No matter how much I achieved, it never felt like enough.
Because underneath all the striving was a body carrying unspoken grief, shame, and fear.
Eventually, the strategies that once helped me cope growing up—perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-sacrificing—started to unravel. I realized I couldn’t earn my way into feeling worthy. And that I couldn’t keep turning away from myself and still hope to feel whole.
So I began the slow, brave work of turning inward.
Through therapy, deep inner work, and learning to listen to my body, I started to understand: healing isn’t about erasing the past. It’s about learning how to hold it differently—with compassion, curiosity, and care. It’s about building safety from the inside out. Learning to trust yourself again. Reconnecting with the parts of you that didn’t feel safe to be seen or heard.
Today, I work with adults who carry similar wounds; those navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, and patterns of self-doubt or people-pleasing that feel hard to break.
I’m a Registered Social Worker and Certified Hypnotherapist, and my approach is warm, intuitive, and collaborative. I draw on somatic therapy, parts work, EMDR, Compassionate Inquiry, and hypnotherapy to support you in coming home to yourself.
Most of all, I believe that healing happens in a safe, attuned connection—where you don’t have to perform, explain, or earn your right to be cared for.
Where your nervous system can soften.
Where you get to rewrite the story you’ve been living in… and remember that you were never broken to begin with.
