Reconnect with your body. Realign your nervous system. Reclaim your energy.
Burnout. Emotional numbness. That constant feeling of “just getting by.”
It’s more than exhaustion—it’s your nervous system stuck in overdrive. While talk therapy can bring valuable insight, it doesn’t always reach the deeper layers where patterns are held. That’s where Somatic Sound Therapy comes in.
This isn’t entertainment. It’s not a passive “sound bath.”
It’s an immersive, trauma-informed experience—guided by psychotherapists and music therapists—designed to gently shift what your body has been carrying.
How Sound Bath Therapy Works
Blending ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, sound therapy touches parts of you that words often cannot. It works across multiple levels of the mind-body system:
-
-
- Emotional Level: Sound frequencies reach the amygdala, brainstem, and vagal pathways—areas where trauma, grief, and anxiety often live beneath awareness. This creates a non-verbal bridge to healing.
- Neural Entrainment: Rhythmic tones help the brain synchronize into calmer, restorative states.
- Cognitive Level: As the body and brain slow down, thoughts become clearer, more flexible, and expansive.
- Energetic & Cellular Level: Because the body is mostly water, sound frequencies travel through tissue and cells, aligning organs and systems worn down by chronic stress. Ancient traditions recognize this as balancing the body’s energy centers (chakras). Yoga, in its own way, works on the same principle.
-
Using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and the human voice, we help the body shift from survival into restoration.
