Monday Echoes: A Somatic Sound Bath Experience

A Space to Pause. To Soften. To Settle Within.

Stretched. Fatigued. That quiet sense of moving through life on autopilot.

It’s not just tiredness—it’s a nervous system that hasn’t had the chance to recover.
While talk therapy can offer meaningful insight, it doesn’t always reach the deeper layers where stress and patterns are held in the body.

This is where Somatic Sound Therapy work offers something different.

Not passive listening. Not background sound.
But an immersive, trauma-informed experience—guided by trained therapists—designed to gently support your body in releasing what it’s been carrying, at a pace that feels safe and attuned.

Though the world pulls you back into motion… Monday is still your pause.

How Sound Supports the Nervous System

Sound has a direct pathway into the body. Using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and the human voice, we help the body shift from survival into restoration.

Through rhythm, tone, and vibration, it can begin to shift internal states without requiring effort or analysis.

      • Emotionally, it can access deeper layers where stress and unresolved experiences are stored
      • Neurologically, it helps guide the brain toward slower, more restorative patterns
      • Physically, it supports the release of tension and a softening of the body
      • Mentally, it creates space, where thoughts become quieter and less urgent

This is not about forcing calm, but allowing it to emerge.

What to Expect in Our Somatic Sound Therapy Session

Why “Monday Echoes”?

step by step guide for sound bath somatic session from arrival, to intention setting, to the sound bath journey, to integration at Inner summits in vaughan guided by psychotherapists trained in trauma and body stress

Mondays often carry momentum—expectation, pressure, the return to doing. Monday Echoes offers something different.

A space to interrupt that pace.
To listen inward.
To let what has been building… soften.

The echoes are not just sound—
they are reflections within the body.
Subtle shifts.
A remembering.

An invitation to return to your own rhythm,
before the week pulls you further away from it.

This isn’t just a “sound bath”! It’s a guided, therapeutic experience.

At Inner Summits, we take a trauma-informed approach seriously. This means:

      • We work with your nervous system—not against it.
      • Every session is led by psychotherapists trained in trauma, somatic, and sound therapy, so you’re supported by professionals who know how to balance comfort with growth.
      • We create space not just to relax, but to gently move what feels stuck—with intention and care.
